Once you have received a confirmation e-mail accepting your request to host a fundraising event at a Panera Bread bakery-cafe, it's time to promote your fundraiser! You should have received a Panera Fundraising flyer in your confirmation. Below are some ideas to begin promoting your event:
- Make copies of the flyer to pass out to your organization, friends, families and members of the community before the night of your fundraiser.
- Post the flyer on your organization’s Website, Facebook, and Twitter pages.
- Call your local news station; explain your cause and request for them to help you get the word out. Guests must show a flyer for your group.
Remember, the more flyers you distribute, the more dough you can raise!
Both take-out and dine-in meal purchases are eligible, but each purchase must be accompanied by a flyer. Electronic versions shown on a mobile device or tablet will be accepted. Flyers may not be distributed inside or within 50 feet of the Panera Bread bakery-cafe.
