The Panera Bread Dough Gooder program allows eligible individuals and organizations, such as non-profits, schools, and community groups, to participate in fundraising initiatives at participating Panera Bread bakery-cafes across the United States. Participation in the program requires accurate submission of requested information and approval from Panera Bread or its participating franchisees. Events or offers associated with the program must maintain Panera’s family-friendly standards and community-focused ethos.
Redemption offers under the Dough Gooder program include unique codes for online purchases. These offers are valid only for digital orders placed via the Panera Bread website, app, or kiosks and are not redeemable at physical café point-of-sale systems, drive-thru locations, or for gift card purchases, catering orders, or third-party delivery services. Offers are limited to a specified number of redemptions within a designated redemption period following code purchase and may be subject to minimum purchase requirements. Panera Bread reserves the right to modify or terminate any offer at any time without prior notice.
Dough Gooder campaigns will only be confirmed once the requesting organization receives an official approval email from Panera Bread or the applicable franchisee. The confirmation will detail the start date and end date approved campaign. Panera Bread and its franchisees retain the right to cancel any approved event at their discretion.
Participants will receive promotional materials for use in publicizing their Dough Gooder campaign. The content of the promotional materials, except for the organization's specific details, remains the property of Panera Bread or its affiliates and can only be used according to these terms. Any additional use of Panera Bread branding or marketing materials outside of these conditions requires written consent.
Organizations are responsible for all costs associated with promoting their Dough Gooder campaign, including printing of promotional materials and advertising expenses. Promotional materials can be distributed through the organization's digital and print channels, such as websites, emails, and social media, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including online solicitation regulations and email marketing laws. Organizations agree to indemnify and hold harmless Panera Bread, its affiliates, franchisees, and their representatives from any claims arising from promotional activities or related actions.
As part of the Panera Bread Dough Gooder program, a third-party service, DonationScout, is utilized to facilitate the purchase of coupon codes and manage the processing of any funds earned by the approved organization for promoting the sale of these coupons. DonationScout acts as an intermediary to ensure that transactions are securely handled and tracked accurately. By participating in the program, organizations acknowledge that the use of DonationScout may involve the collection and processing of relevant data needed to facilitate coupon sales and fund distribution. Panera Bread and its affiliates are not liable for any technical or operational issues arising from the use of DonationScout, and all organizations must comply with DonationScout’s terms of service and privacy policies when engaging with the platform.
Panera Bread reserves the right to amend these terms or terminate the program or specific offers due to unforeseen circumstances or at its discretion, with or without notice. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the location of the participating Panera Bread café, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Additional restrictions and conditions may apply.
