Description

Schedule an event at your local cafe, invite your friends & family, and we'll donate a portion of the sales to your organization when a fundraiser flyer is shown or fundraiser code entered. All non-profits are eligible, from schools to scout groups, sports teams to church groups. A 501c3 or a W9 is required.

Once confirmed, you'll receive a customized flyer to hand out and promote your event. We'll also provide additional marketing assets and tips to help you raise that dough!

Instructions

  1. A printed or electronic version of the flyer must be shown when ordering at the bakery cafe. Use the customized flyer found under Creative Files to promote your event. (TIP: You can also share the calendar invite via email or create a Facebook event as additional ways to invite your friends and family. Just make sure to include a link to the fundraiser flyer for guests to bring or show at cafe.)
  2. When you arrive at our cafe, be sure to present your fundraising flyer to the cashier. This will ensure your sales are counted towards the event.
  3. When placing a mobile, online, or kiosk order, be sure to enter the promo code found on your flyer, prior to making payment. Online orders placed all day at your participating bakery cafe will count towards your fundraising total.
  4. Be sure to have fun at your event!
  5. After the event, we will send you an email with your donation total within 2 weeks of your event date. Once this is complete, we will issue your check in the mail within 8 weeks of your event date.

Rules & Restrictions
  • 1. A printed or electronic version of the flyer must be shown when ordering at the bakery cafe.
  • 2. Flyers may not be passed out in or around the cafe during your event.
  • 3. Donation determined by pre-tax sales from participating orders. Minimum sales requirement of $150 ($30 donation).
  • 4. Purchasing gift cards, catering orders, and third-party delivery orders are excluded and will not count towards event sales totals.
  • 5. Fundraising event requests are not guaranteed unless submitting organization (if accepted, “Organization”) receives a confirmation email from Panera Bread or a participating franchisee of Panera Bread accepting the request.
